Brake Light Bulb for 51 plate RF3 Stepwagon?

I managed to reverse into a car yesterday and smashed my light. Does any one know what the bulb is for the lower brake light on and RF3. It's a push fit bulb. Need to get it in before i glue what remains of the lense cover on it.

cheers Brian managed to get bulb from local motor factor. Will try it at weekend.
found some of those lights on ebay. Do you think that's pricey for the light. The dealer we bought it from is looking out for one via his Japanese contacts but I have no idea what we might be in for.
managed to piece a lot of the cover together
