Last September (2010) I contacted Adrian Flux in an attempt to arrange cover on my 1999 unconverted Stepwgn RF2.

Their quote was over £500, so I went elsewhere - finishing up with Groupama via mark richard (sic) (formerly Tett Hamilton) for £365 as I had only NCD on a different vehicle.

Today (23/8/11) I received a letter from Adrian Flux which followed up on our previous communications, telling me that that company could offer 'quality cover and service at a competitive price', and giving a reference number which linked with my application last year.

I telephoned, and eventually was told that none of their insurers would cover my Stepwgn because of its 7 seats and the fact that I wished to use it on the Continent occasionally! This despite confirming that I am member of the Stepwgn Club!

I have therefore asked them to delete ALL my personal information from their files.

Not a happy camper!
