I had someone rear-end me and the bodyshop imported one from Japan. It took 6 weeks.

Unfortunately I reversed into a bollard accidentally if I claim of my insurance il have to pay £300 excess, lose my ncb, and when it comes up for renewal it'll go up by £200 - £300 because of the fault claim. So I'm gonna try get it sorted my self.

Sorry to hear this - you might be best to find a car body shop that can pull out the dent and sort it. :)
